What can we do to stop it?
HFCU has put together a source for you to use to find out how HFCU can help you prevent fraud and where you can get information about how you can protect yourself.
We updated the look and feel of Internet Branch. When you log on to the updated site for the first time, you will use your existing user name and password. You will then be prompted to pick a security image and set up new security questions.
If you use e-alerts on the current version of Internet Branch, you’ll need to set up new e-alerts on the new site.
If you use Quicken, you will need to disconnect and reconnect your HFCU accounts on or after March 19. Please click here for instructions on how to do this.
